What this site is for
This site describes how we work with brands and shares our thinking on Amazon distribution, pricing discipline, and marketplace operations. Everything on it is general information. It is not legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a professional who knows your situation.
No offer of services
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy inventory from any brand, or to distribute for or represent it. We work with a small number of brands and every partnership is set out in a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Until such an agreement exists, no commitment has been made by us or by you.
Contact form and inquiries
When you send us a message through the contact form or by email, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to contact us on behalf of the brand or company you name. Sending an inquiry does not create a partnership or a confidentiality obligation. If you want to share confidential material, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first.
